Price of an Obama ticket
I've heard a rumor that you have to pay to get into an Obama rally. Can anyone tell me whether or not that is true?

The following was posted as a comment on the NY Times The Caucus blog on 2/28, regarding the large number of Obama donors.
"While Clinton’s talk was free, and anyone could get in, we had to make a small “donation” to the Obama campaign into order to be ensured a spot for Obama’s speech at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin."

Ken is right. The BHO rally I attended was definitely free. That's because We are the ones we have been waiting for.
